Each of our inspectors is fully licensed in the State of New Jersey to conduct thorough home inspections and fully certified to perform termite inspections and radon tests.

Michael Andresen

Michael Andresen has been installing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems since 1985. During this time, Michael developed an interest in the home inspection industry. He began training with qualified inspectors and taking many courses to develop the necessary skills to become a successful and knowledgeable inspector.

In 1999 Michael joined Guardian Home full time as a fully licensed inspector to bring his expertise and experience to our team of dedicated inspectors conducting commercial and residential inspections for countless satisfied customers.

Eugene Godowski

Eugene Godowski has an extensive construction background in both residential and commercial properties. His expertise ranges from building homes to commercial building renovations.

His knowledge in construction has helped Eugene in his training and education. He has taken courses at the Builder Inspector Career Institute, Radiation Data and Rutgers Cook College developing a strong foundation for becoming the knowledgeable home inspector he is today.

Since joining the Guardian Home family in 2003, Eugene has performed over 1000 residential and commercial inspections as a New Jersey State licensed inspector.
